La sesi\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en el sal\u00f3n del primer piso del Palacio Municipal y fue presidida por el Presidente del Honorable Concejo Deliberante Ing. \u00a0Am\u00edlcar M\u00e1rquez, contando con la presencia de concejales de los bloques que componen el cuerpo deliberativo local. Asistieron adem\u00e1s como invitados la Jueza de Ejecuci\u00f3n Penal Dra. Adriana Bianco, inspectoras de distintas ramas de la educaci\u00f3n, miembros del ejecutivo y p\u00fablico. Luego de las palabras de apertura y tal como lo\u00a0 marca el protocolo el Jefe Comunal y el concejal Martiniano Valerga fueron invitados por el presidente M\u00e1rquez a izar los pabellones nacional y provincial. Luego se entonaron las estrofas del Himno Nacional Argentino. Acto seguido el Intendente Cellillo pronunci\u00f3 el discurso de apertura de sesiones \u2013 que le demand\u00f3 algo m\u00e1s de treinta minutos &#8211; en donde hizo un recorrido por todas las \u00e1reas de su gobierno y la tarea realizada por estas en el 2014. Tambi\u00e9n enumer\u00f3 proyectos para este a\u00f1o en curso en las diferentes direcciones que componen el ejecutivo municipal.
