Anal\u00eda Almendros, anunci\u00f3 en conferencia de prensa realizada en la ma\u00f1ana del martes 2 un nuevo aumento a los Trabajadores de becas de Capacitaci\u00f3n, conocidos como trabajadores del bono. El incremento beneficia a unos 100 trabajadores y es en esta oportunidad\u00a0 del 33%, porcentaje superior al aumento que recibieron los Trabajadores Municipales efectivos en el mes de marzo pasado. El Jefe Comunal resalt\u00f3 que su gobierno ha jerarquizado al sector.\u00a0 \u00abLes reducimos la carga horario y limitamos su trabajos de lunes a viernes, antes trabajaban m\u00e1s horas e inclusive los fin de semana. Hemos logrado aumentarles su ingreso en un 400%, cuando nosotros nos hicimos cargo cobraban 5 pesos la hora y hoy est\u00e1n en 20 pesos\u00bb dijo. El Dr. Cellillo aprovech\u00f3 la oportunidad para recordar que muchos de los trabajadores del sector, sobre todo quienes trabajan en salud, fueron pasados a Planta Permanente. \u00abRecibimos cr\u00edticas por los nombramientos, pero creemos que era totalmente injusto que el personal de salud trabajara en esas condiciones. En los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas vamos a informar a la poblaci\u00f3n sobre esta situaci\u00f3n que la oposici\u00f3n critica, brindaremos un informe detallado, en estos a\u00f1os hubo salidas de empleados que se fueron al sector privado, otros que se acogieron a los beneficios de la jubilaci\u00f3n y otros que lamentablemente fallecieron\u00bb, manifest\u00f3.
