Sergio Federici, directores de diferentes \u00e1reas del ejecutivo municipal, el Jefe de la Estaci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda Comunal Comisario Dar\u00edo Desideri, concejales y consejeros escolares presidi\u00f3 el acto en el predio donde est\u00e1 ubicado el busto del Tte. Coronel Juan Agust\u00edn Noguera. La ceremonia se inici\u00f3 con el izamiento del pabell\u00f3n nacional por parte del Jefe Comunal. La bandera de la provincia de Buenos Aires fue izada por el Comisario Dar\u00edo Desideri y la del partido de General Alvear por el Dr. Diego Garaventa. A continuaci\u00f3n el Intendente Cellillo y el concejal Ram\u00f3n Capra depositaron una ofrenda floral al pie del busto del militar fundador del Fort\u00edn Esperanza, hoy General Alvear. Minutos despu\u00e9s la comitiva se traslad\u00f3 hasta el cementerio local donde el Jefe Comunal junto al Director de la Producci\u00f3n Ing. Mario Simonetti depositaron una ofrenda floral en la sepultura donde descansan los restos del Tte. Coronel Noguera.
