casa propia a trav\u00e9s del Programa PROCREAR y el Banco Municipal de Tierras con la intervenci\u00f3n directa del estado local en la otorgamiento de la tierra en condiciones formales y legales tal cual exige siempre la ley.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Del mismo modo el Martes 25 de Agosto en la Ciudad de La Plata, una joven Alvearense accedi\u00f3 a la firma de la Escritura de su Terreno, tambi\u00e9n como beneficiaria de PROCREAR y el Banco Municipal de Tierras; <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">\u201cDamos as\u00ed cuenta, no solo de los actos de Gobierno, sino tambi\u00e9n de la inmensa satisfacci\u00f3n que es para el Estado Municipal que en menos de una semana dos familias han accedido al terreno propio y a la construcci\u00f3n de su hogar\u201d, manifest\u00f3 satisfecho el Secretario de Gobierno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">Es importante destacar que en ambos casos los beneficiarios pagaron el precio total de la compraventa del terreno, con la tranquilidad de poseer la escritura en su poder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family:
