Un medio d\u00eda de viernes que no fue igual que todos. No s\u00f3lo para la Gesti\u00f3n del Dr. Alejandro Cellillo y su equipo de trabajo, sino tambi\u00e9n y muy especialmente para las m\u00e1s de 60 familias que recibieron su terreno, su pedazo de tierra en este mundo, como profesa el Papa Francisco en m\u00e1s de una oportunidad.<\/span><\/p>\n

Es que en el marco del Banco Municipal de Tierras y trav\u00e9s del Programa Municipal \u201cPrimero La Casa\u201d, lanzado por esta gesti\u00f3n hace un tiempo, hoy se realiz\u00f3 el sorteo que determin\u00f3 el lugar donde cada una de las familias, tendr\u00e1n en un futuro su casa propia.<\/span><\/p>\n

En medio de un clima de mucha ansiedad y emoci\u00f3n, los adjudicatarios de Viviendas Roca y Future Home, sacaron su bolilla y marcaron as\u00ed su destino dentro de la conocida quinta de \u201cBienvenido\u201d, que ya tiene trabajando a destajo las maquinarias del municipio para acondicionar el lugar y permitir que se armen las plataformas necesarias, para que luego se armen las casas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visiblemente emocionado, el Intendente Municipal dijo: \u201cNos provoca una profunda emoci\u00f3n saber que hoy cada uno de ustedes se va a ir sabiendo cu\u00e1l es su terreno, donde van a tener su casa propia\u201d, \u201cHemos trabajado con mucha fuerza en este tema, porque solucionar el d\u00e9ficit habitacional de nuestra ciudad es una de nuestras prioridades\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por estas horas, es emocionante ver las expresiones de las familias en las redes sociales, lo que marca que la creaci\u00f3n del programa y la decisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica ha sido la correcta.<\/span><\/p>\n
