PEDRO BORDA y PEDRO BAUTISTA BORDA un inmueble cuya Nomenclatura Catastral es, Circunscripci\u00f3n 1, Secci\u00f3n F, Parte de Chacra 201, con una superficie de 90.000 m2, en una suma de pesos CIENTO NOVENTA MIL ($190.000,00) los que ser\u00e1n aportados por el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda de la Provincia de Buenos aires, en un 30% a la firma del boleto de Compra-Venta y el 70% restante en un plazo de 90 d\u00edas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">ARTICULO 2<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">: El inmueble cuya compra es autorizada en el Art\u00edculo anterior ser\u00e1 destinado a la construcci\u00f3n de un Barrio de 150 viviendas para personal del Servicio Penitenciario Bonaerense.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">ARTICULO 3: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Fac\u00faltase al Departamento Ejecutivo a realizar las adecuaciones presupuestarias y patrimoniales pertinentes y los actos administrativos derivados de la operaci\u00f3n que se autorice por el Art\u00edculo primero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">ARTICULO 4: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Comun\u00edquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos.
