Decreto N\u00ba 819"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>General Alvear, 11 de diciembre de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>VISTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 El resultado de las elecciones realizadas el d\u00eda 22 de octubre de 2023, por el cual ha sido elegido como Intendente Municipal \u00a0del partido de General Alvear, el Sr. Ram\u00f3n Jos\u00e9 Capra, D.N.I. 16.626.730 seg\u00fan el diploma otorgado por la Junta Electoral de la Provincia de Buenos Aires \u00a0por el per\u00edodo entre 10 de diciembre de 2023 y hasta el 10 de diciembre de 2027; y<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 El Decreto N\u00ba 262\/2023 del Honorable Concejo Deliberante,<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, <strong>EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DECRETA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Hacerse cargo de la Comuna de General Alvear como Intendente ============= Municipal, el Sr. Ram\u00f3n Jos\u00e9 Capra, D.N.I. 16.626.730, desde el 10 de diciembre de 2023 y hasta el 10 de diciembre de 2027.-<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 2\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Des\u00edgnese al Secretario de Hacienda Ing.
