normal;\">La Direcci\u00f3n de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos tiene como funci\u00f3n principal asesorar al Departamento Ejecutivo, a la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno y Hacienda y dem\u00e1s direcciones que as\u00ed lo requieran, para la determinaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas y estrategias municipales en lo referente al ordenamiento y desarrollo territorial.<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span style=\"line-height: normal;\">Elabora y ejecuta proyectos, ya sea a trav\u00e9s de licitaciones o con personal municipal.<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span style=\"line-height: normal;\">Elabora planes, programas y proyectos relacionados con el arbolado p\u00fablico, los espacios verdes; ejecuta la pol\u00edtica municipal en materia de infraestructura y obras p\u00fablicas comunitarias, elabora, ejecuta y dirige proyectos y obras viales, hidr\u00e1ulicas, de arquitectura, arte, alumbrado p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span style=\"line-height: normal;\">Coordinar, supervisar y fijar criterios tecnol\u00f3gicos referidos a la concreci\u00f3n de los proyectos de obras.<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span style=\"line-height: normal;\">Supervisar la realizaci\u00f3n de los trabajos contratados a trav\u00e9s de la correspondiente inspecci\u00f3n de obras.<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span style=\"line-height: normal;\">Realizar an\u00e1lisis de precios que intervienen en la determinaci\u00f3n del costo de la obra.<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span style=\"line-height: normal;\">Llamar a licitaci\u00f3n para diferentes obras.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span style=\"line-height: normal;\">Ejecuta con personal municipal obras,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"line-height: normal;\">refacciona<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span style=\"line-height: normal;\">\u00a0edificios municipales como el Hogar de Ancianos, Palacio Municipal, Hospital Municipal, Edificio del Honorable Consejo Deliberante y Direcci\u00f3n de Acci\u00f3n Social.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"color: #666666; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; padding-left: 30px;\" align=\"justify\"><span class=\"Fcuerpo\" style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, verdana; font-size: 12px;\">Otras tareas que se
