VISTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

             El Expediente N\u00ba: 4039-16091\/2022, referido a la Obra: \u201cEtapa II del ensanche de Avenida Belgrano de la Ciudad de General Alvear\u201d; y<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

             Que debido a la falta de entrega de materiales producto de los desajustes econ\u00f3micos y tipos de cambio que provocaron que se corte parcialmente la cadena de suministros, por lo que las partes suscribieron un acta de neutralizaci\u00f3n de obra con fecha 19 de octubre de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Por ello, EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DECRETA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 1\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Autor\u00edcese la neutralizaci\u00f3n  de la obra: \u201cEtapa II del ensanche de\u201d ============= Avenida Belgrano de la Ciudad de General, Expte. N\u00ba 4039-16091\/2022,  en los t\u00e9rminos establecidos en el \u201cActa de Neutralizaci\u00f3n de Obra\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
