VISTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

             La Licitaci\u00f3n Privada N\u00ba 05\/2024 (Expte. N\u00ba 4039-16669\/2024), referente a: \u201cCompra de: 128 camisas de trabajo, 128 pantalones de trabajo, 126 pares de botines de  trabajo con punta de acero y 3 pares de botines diel\u00e9ctricos\u201d, con destino a: S.E.U., VIAL, HOGAR DE ANCIANOS, DEPORTES, GESTI\u00d3N AMBIENTAL Y OBRAS PUBLICAS, por un valor aproximado de pesos diecisiete millones ochocientos ocho mil ($ 17.808.000,00); y<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

             Lo dispuesto en el Art. N\u00ba 155 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica Municipal,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por ello, EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL, EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DECRETA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 1\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Adjudicase, la Licitaci\u00f3n Privada N\u00ba 05\/2024 (Expte. N\u00ba 4039-============== 16669\/2024) a la empresa PLUS MATAFUEGOS S.A  desde el \u00edtems 1 al 6 inclusive correspondiente a: 115 unidades de camisa de trabajo, \u00edtems 28 a 29 correspondiente a 126 pares de botines de trabajo con punta de acero  y tres ares de botines diel\u00e9ctricos, siendo un total de pesos nueve millones seiscientos veintinueve mil seiscientos catorce con 20\/100 centavos ($9.629.614,20)  y al Sr. ANTELO MANUEL, se le adjudica desde el \u00edtems 7 al 27 inclusive correspondiente a 13 unidades de camisa de trabajo y 128 pantalones de trabajo, siendo un total de pesos dos millones novecientos ochenta y ocho mil ochocientos veintiuno  ($2.988.821)  con destino a: S.E.U., VIAL, HOGAR DE ANCIANOS, DEPORTES, GESTI\u00d3N AMBIENTAL Y OBRAS PUBLICAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
