VISTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              El Expediente N\u00ba: 4039-16734\/2024, referente a: \u201cFinalizaci\u00f3n de la E.E.S.T. N\u00ba: 1- Pisos-Zocalos-Umbrales\u201d, por un costo aproximado de pesos nueve millones ochenta y tres mil ochocientos dieciocho con 20\/100) ($ 9.083.818,20); y<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

           Que la oferta presentada fue afectada por: \u00edtems N\u00ba 3 $3.138.850,00 m\u00e1s un 298,55% y el Items N\u00ba 4 $1.757.255,00 m\u00e1s 71%, siendo que las dos propuestas superan el presupuesto oficial<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por ello, EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
