VISTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

             La Licitaci\u00f3n Privada N\u00ba 19\/2024 (Expte. N\u00ba 4039-16782\/2024), referente a la: \u201cAdquisici\u00f3n de 10.000 Litros de Gas-Oil, 3.000 Litros de Infinia Diesel\/ V. Power Diesel\/Infinia D 10 y 2.000 Litros de Nafta Super, con destino a: S.E.U. y VIAL, 4.000 Litros de Nafta Super, con destino a:POLIC\u00cdA COMUNAL y 1.650 Litros de Infinia Diesel\/ V. Power Diesel\/Infinia D 10, con destino a: C.P.R.\u201d, por un valor aproximado de pesos veintisiete millones ciento setenta y cinco mil ($ 27.175.000,00); y<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

             Lo dispuesto en la Ley Org\u00e1nica Municipal,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por ello, EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL, EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DECRETA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 1\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Adjudicase, la Licitaci\u00f3n Privada N\u00ba 19\/2024 (Expte. N\u00ba 4039-============== 16782\/2024), a la Empresa YPF S.A. la Adquisici\u00f3n de 10.000 Litros de Gas-Oil y 3.000 Litros de Infinia Diesel, con destino a: S.E.U. y VIAL, por un valor de pesos doce millones cuatrocientos veinte mil seiscientos diez ($ 12.420.610,00) y a la Empresa GRUPO EDHUBAR S.A., la adquisici\u00f3n de 2.000 Litros de Nafta Super, con destino a S.E.U. y VIAL, 4.000 Litros de Nafta Super, con destino a POLIC\u00cdA COMUNAL y 1.650 Litros de V. Power Diesel, con destino a C.P.R., por un valor de pesos ocho millones ochocientos setenta y nueve mil cien ($ 8.879.100,00).-<\/p>\n\n\n\n
