VISTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Que el agente <\/a>TORTORICI, ENRIQUE MARIO<\/strong> (Legajo N\u00ba <\/a>1054), re\u00fane las condiciones para acogerse al R\u00e9gimen Jubilatorio por Edad Avanzada,  y<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

             El Art\u00edculo N\u00ba 98 de la Ley N\u00ba 14656.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por ello, EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL, EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 1\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Disp\u00f3nese, a partir del 1\u00ba de Julio de 2024, el cese del agente ============= TORTORICI, ENRIQUE MARIO<\/strong> (Legajo N\u00ba 1054), PERSONAL PLANTA PERMANENTE<\/strong> quien reviste en el cargo de PERSONAL OBRERO \u2013 CHOFER DE CAMIONES \u2013 <\/strong>CAT. 11-REG. HORARIO 48 HORAS SEMANALES, Siendo su mejor cargo desempe\u00f1ado como CHOFER DE AMBULANCIA – CAT. 16 – REGIMEN HORARIO 48 HS. SEMANALES \u00a0desde el 16\/07\/2010 y hasta el 27\/07\/2022, <\/strong>con un Sueldo B\u00e1sico de $ —– \u2013 <\/strong>Bonificaci\u00f3n por Funci\u00f3n Especial del 65% de la CAT. 4\u00a0 DE 35 Hs. Semanales \u2013 Bonificaci\u00f3n por Chofer de Ambulancia de $———-. \u00a0Jurisdicci\u00f3n 1110105000 SECRETARIA DE SALUD \u2013 29.00.00 HOSPITAL MUNICIPAL \u201cBERNARDINO RIVADAVIA\u201d. <\/strong>Computando una antig\u00fcedad de 13 a\u00f1os, 11 meses y \u00a014 \u00a0d\u00edas, a los fines de acogerse al R\u00e9gimen Jubilatorio por Edad Avanzada.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n
